Cancellation policy
MOIS Subscription Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
1. What you are agreeing to
When you tick the subscribe option at checkout, you are starting a recurring order. You authorise Mantch Group LLC to charge your payment method automatically, at the price and on the interval shown at checkout, until you cancel. This continues without further action from you.
2. Your price and your interval
The amount and the interval are shown on the product page and again in your order confirmation, and depend on the bundle you choose. Each bundle renews on the interval that matches the supply it contains, so a refill arrives roughly as the previous one runs out:
- 1 bottle, a 30-day supply, renews every 30 days.
- 3 bottles, a 90-day supply, renews every 90 days.
- 5 bottles, a 150-day supply, renews every 150 days.
Your first charge is taken when you place the order. Each renewal is charged on the renewal date shown in your account.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term, no commitment and no cancellation fee.
To stop a renewal, cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Orders enter processing before dispatch, and a cancellation made inside that 48-hour window may not stop the upcoming order. If it does not, that order ships and the cancellation applies to every renewal after it.
To cancel, use the subscription link in your order confirmation email or your account, or email help@moishealth.com with your order number. Email requests are actioned during business hours, so allow for that when you are close to a renewal date.
4. Pausing, skipping and changing
You can skip a delivery, change the interval, change the bundle or update your address and payment details from your subscription account. The same 48-hour rule applies to changes that affect an upcoming order.
5. Refunds on renewals
The 60-day money-back guarantee applies to your first order only. Renewal orders are not covered by it. If a renewal has been charged but not yet dispatched, contact us and we will do our best to stop and refund it. Once a renewal has been dispatched it is not refundable, save for a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, which is dealt with in our Refund Policy.
6. Price changes
We may change subscription pricing. If we do, we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before then. The price shown in that notice applies from the renewal after it.
7. Failed payments
If a payment fails we may retry it over several days and email you to update your details. If it cannot be collected we may pause or cancel the subscription. A failed payment does not cancel a subscription by itself.
8. Suspension and cancellation by us
We may pause or cancel a subscription where payment cannot be collected, where an address is undeliverable, where a chargeback is raised, or where we reasonably believe our refund policy is being misused.
9. Communications
By starting a subscription you agree to receive service messages about it, including renewal reminders, dispatch notices and payment failures. These are not marketing and you cannot opt out of them while a subscription is active.
10. Your consent, and the records we keep
Your subscription starts only when you select the subscribe option and complete checkout. At that point, and before your payment details are taken, the page shows you the bundle you have chosen, the amount that will be charged, the interval it will renew on, and that it continues until you cancel. Completing checkout with the subscribe option selected is your express informed consent to those terms.
Your order confirmation email repeats the amount and the interval, and your subscription account shows your next renewal date at all times.
We keep a record of each subscription order, including the date and time it was placed, the plan, price and interval you selected, the confirmation we sent you, and any changes or cancellation requests you make afterwards. We keep these records for as long as we need them to run the subscription and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Where a payment is later disputed, we may provide these records to your bank, card issuer or payment provider as evidence of the order and of the terms you agreed to. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us at help@moishealth.com first. We can usually resolve it faster than a dispute can, and raising one removes our ability to do so.
